Native Seed Mix Refund Policy

If the tracking information from our shipping company (Fed-Ex or UPS) does not show it was delivered to your address, your seed mix can be replaced if Fed-Ex or UPS has lost the package. In this case, if it isn’t able to be replaced due to lack of seed supplies, it will be refunded.

We guarantee that the species listed in the seed mix are all present and true to the name of the listed species.

In any other cases we do not offer replacement or refund. This is standard for all native seed selling companies as there are too many factors outside of our company’s control that could lead you to requesting a free replacement of the seed or full refund. The biggest factor is user error in preparing the site, installing the seed mix, and maintaining it the first year. So we’ve taken the time to create an instructional manual that addresses these challenges and if you follow the directions you will maximize your chances of success!

Woody Plant Order Return Policy

If you’re ordering 1 and 3 gallons from Indigenous Landscapes (Last sale was December 1st 2023 - December 4th 2023), you can cancel your order within 60 days of your order date. After 60 days orders become non-refundable unless your plants were destroyed in the shipping process or the shipping company lost your package. Once you accept the shipping price, orders become non-refundable. For local pick ups, there won’t be any chance of lost or damaged packages so your orders fall under the “within 60 days of ordering” window for cancellation.
